Do you really clean?

Absolutely! We do surface level cleaning.

How does it work?

I will arrive in street clothing. I will ask you to show ID to make sure you are the person that booked my services. I will ask me to show me what needs to get done. I will need a private space to change. Then the fun begins! I will clean for the agreed upon time period.

What areas do you serve?

Greater Tampa Bay. For locations more that 30 miles from downtown Tampa, a modest additional travel charge will be added.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Cash, credit and debit cards, Venmo, Paypal and Zelle.

Does the maid bring cleaning supplies?

I will arrive with a tote of basic cleaners and hand tools. Please have access to a vacuum, broom, mop and bucket. If you have particuar cleaners that you prefer or are more healthy for you, I will use those. Please have them available when I arrive.

Is this business legal?

Of course. I am providing a domestic and entertainment service only. No touching or sexual contact. For some packages all those present need to show proof they are 18 years of age or older.

What about privacy?

I respect the privacy of my clients. Charged service will appear on credit cards, etc. as “Cleaning Service.” Although referrals are welcome, I will not share with anyone your personal information or that of anyone whose contact information is made available to me. If you volunteer a testimonial of my service, only your first name will be used in any public notice.

What about taking pictures and videos?

Not without my permission. I do allow photos and videos to be taken for my clients’ personal use for an extra charge.

Will anyone know about about my appointment?

No. I arrive in a normal vehicle with no signs in street clothes. Your information is not shared with anyone. Payment processing information, as indicated above, appears as “cleaning service.”

Can I make an appointment for someone else?

Yes. If the person you are booking for is paying at the time of the appointment, I need the contact information for the client before the appointment. If the booking is a gift, prepayment can be arranged and a gift certificate will be sent by mail or electronically in order to make the appointment arrangements.

What about rescheduling or refunds?

Every appointment will require a deposit of 25%. Resceduling will be at no charge and determined by my schedule. Full refunds will be made at my discretion depending on the reason.

Do you have any discounts?

After the first two hour minumum, additional hours are 25% off.

Do you provide any services other than house cleaning?

I love animals. If you have a dog I will be happy to bathe your pet baby in the shower or bathtub for an extra charge. I will only be wearing bikini bottom.
